I started Wild & Free Creations before it was Wild & Free Creations. I love the way I feel when I create, when I play, when I move, when I am a free spirit, & when I do it my way with my own twist. Disrupting the stagnation of everything I do every day.

As a business owner I do things my own way. I bring color, movement, & play into life and my business. I love sharing this with others through my creations, art, & classes in the form of paint & fitness classes.

 

My goal is to create a disruption of energy through color, movement, & play by creating whimsical paintings of various types & teaching fitness & painting for anyone that feels the stagnation in their lives & need something to bring joy into their day.

 

I offer the opportunity to play, move, & create with both paint & fitness classes as well as the products found with in the shop. Products that create joy through color & movement.
